im 18 years old. im still in high school & i left my mom house because she picked her boyfriend over me and this has happen 2 times already she now i live with my dad girlfriend & my dad in jail & my dad girlfriend dose nt not have money for me & idk what to do i sleep in a couch everyday sshe talk about money & idk what to do? my mom said she called child support & welfare and she said she ganna fight the case for them not to give me money so its i drop out of school or work.. i need help :(

This is a complicated issue that should be discussed with someone who has extensive knowledge of the legal aspects of your situation. You do have options, but with every option there are obligations on your part. If you have a law guardian, they may be another one to speak to about this. Unfortunately there are no easy answers to your question.

well that wouldnt work cause there ganna go after my mom and she ganna fight it there going take her to court and shes ganna say that i left on my own???

I would discuss your situation with your case worker at child support - they would be better able to assist you.
